Maycee Hays is a senior in her fourth year of journalism.  She enjoys taking pictures at school events and writing feature stories.  Outside journalism, Maycee is involved in softball, cheer, powerlifting, club softball, speech, and NHS.

The gray line represents the places where the students and staff will travel while on the international trip in May. Many of the students are eager to see the famous architecture as they visit through Greece and Italy.

Students lined up on the streets of downtown Yutan dressed in spirit gear to watch the parade. “The fact that small towns do parades and everyone gets to decorate floats, it’s really cool and fun,” Polak said.

Though the colors are re-assigned yearly, the seniors’ color for Color Day is most often black. “I really liked that we kept the tradition going by keeping Color Day on Wednesday,” said Josoff. “I loved that we got black as seniors.”
