During the dodgeball tournament, sophomore Eli Kult aims towards his opponents. The dodgeball tournament is one of few Chieftain Games that has stayed a tradition each homecoming week. “Playing dodgeball every year during homecoming is a fun tradition,” said Kult. “I like hitting other kids with the balls.”

During the elementary pep rally, senior Max Egr quickly tries to wrap senior AJ Arensberg in a roll of toilet paper. This year, the seniors won against the sixth graders in their Chieftain Games competition. “The sixth graders made me mad because they kept running over and ripping our toilet paper, but we still beat them,” Egr said.

During the elementary pep rally, sixth grader Maggie Zeleny senior Aubrie Pehrson compete to pull tissues out of a box the fastest. Every year during Homecoming week, the seniors participate in minute-to-win-it games against the sixth graders. “It was exciting to hear all the elementary kids screaming in the crowd,” Pehrson said. “I had a lot of adrenaline as I was competing with Maggie.”
